Why Elit Capital

A partner’s experience, an economist’s rigor

The partner is at the table

You are not handed off to a junior analyst after the pitch meeting. Daniel Rivera Alves personally leads every stage of the negotiation.

Value is a range, not a wish

A company’s price is what the market is willing to pay, not what the owner would like to receive. We come to the table with information, positioning and competition among buyers.

A bridge between Brazil and the United States

With an office in Miami, we support Brazilian companies seeking buyers or acquisitions abroad, and foreign buyers looking at Brazil.
